Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Ayro, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a clear and fair returns and exchanges policy in accordance with UK consumer law.


1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without providing any reason.


To exercise this right, please contact us within this period to inform us of your decision.

 


 

 

2. Conditions for Returns or Exchanges

 


To be eligible for a return or exchange:

 

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and labels must be attached

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging, where possible

 


We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage.

 


 

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned, unless they are faulty:

 

  • Intimate or underwear items

  • Sale or clearance items (clearly marked on the website)

  • Customised or made-to-order products


4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to:

 

  • A full refund

  • A replacement

  • A repair, where applicable

 

If the fault is reported within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.

 


 

5. How to Return an Item

    • Your order number

    • The reason for return or exchange

     

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your request.


6. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow up to 14 days after we receive the returned item (or proof of return)

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items

 


 

 

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • For faulty or incorrect items, Ayro will cover the return shipping costs
